From printed items:

If you are intrested in ordering the SAME type of item please purchase within the same order to avoid paying the initial shipping price again. If you purchase an item with a different item you will have to pay initial shipping for each new item in your cart. Once you have paid the initial shipping for each orginal item in your cart you will not be charged for the initial shipping price if you add more of the same items!
