ALL IN ONE CRAFTS, LLC — PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER

This agreement shall be legally binding upon me, the registered participant, and the parents or legal guardians thereof if a minor, my heirs, estate, assigns, including all minor children, and personal representatives; and it shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of South Carolina. This agreement is intended to be valid and binding at all times now and in the future when All in One Crafts, LLC (hereinafter "All in One Crafts") permit me (directly or indirectly) to enter or be on its property in Piedmont, South Carolina (hereinafter "the Property"), use or operate its owned, leased or borrowed equipment (hereinafter "the Equipment"), or participate in educational and recreational activities, including but not limited to indoor/outdoor activities, activities involving the use of a bicycle or skateboard, activities involving domesticated farm animals, and other creative projects (hereinafter "the Program"). This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as the law permits. If any clause, phrase, or word is in conflict with state law, then that single part is null and void. The terms "I", "We", "Me", and "My" shall herein refer to the below registered participant and the parents or legal guardians thereof if a minor.

I acknowledge that (1) participating in activities at the Property; (2) using or operating the Equipment; and (3) participating in the Program can carry the risk of serious injury, permanent disability and death regardless of all feasible safety measures which can be taken, and I agree to assume those risks. I KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE of those persons released from liability below, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

I agree that, in consideration of All in One Crafts allowing my participation in any activities on the Property, using or operating the Equipment, and/or participating in the Program, I, for myself and on behalf of my child and/or legal ward, heirs, administrators, personal representatives or assigns, do HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DISCHARGE ALL IN ONE CRAFTS, its members, owners, officers, principals, agents, employees, representatives, affiliated organizations, insurers, and others acting on its behalf (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Associates"), OF AND FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND LEGAL LIABILITY, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of my participation in any activities on the Property, use or operation of the Equipment, and/or participation in the Program, EVEN IF SUCH CLAIMS ARE CAUSED BY ALL IN ONE CRAFTS' AND/OR ITS ASSOCIATES' ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OR LEGAL LIABILITY; and I do further agree that I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action, against All in One Crafts and its Associates as stated above in this clause, for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury and/or property damage, sustained by me and/or my minor child or legal ward in relation to the Property, the Equipment and the Program.

I/We grant permission to All In One Crafts' employees, agents, and other guests to take my photograph and make film records. I/We understand and agree that such photographs and/or film records may be used for commercial and/or promotional purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from All in One Crafts' use of such photographs or videos.

I/We, the undersigned, represent that I/We have read and do understand the foregoing agreement, liability release, permission, and assumption of risk agreement. I/We understand that by signing this document I/We am/are giving up rights to sue today and in the future.
